Guidelines for a Serene Stay
CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Arrival and Departure Times
- Check-in is scheduled after 2:00 PM.
- Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Any changes must be agreed upon with the host in advance.
Guest Registration
- By Law, all guests must complete registration using the link sent before your arrival.
Keys and Access
- The accommodations are equipped with digital keypads for the entrance door. The access code is sent upon your arrival.
SILENCE, NOISE, AND PEACEFUL CO-EXISTENCE
Silence hours
- Strictly observe the quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this interval, please avoid disturbing noises, shouting, or loud music.
Responsible use
- Listen to music, watch TV, and converse at an appropriate volume at all times of the day, remembering that other accommodations are occupied by guests.
Common areas
- Maintain a low tone of voice in the stairwells and common areas, especially at night.
SAFETY AND FACILITIES
No smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodations and in all indoor common areas (stairwells, corridors). Smoking is only permitted on the balconies, taking care to use the ashtrays and not to throw away cigarette butts.
Safety and windows
- Always close doors and windows before leaving the accommodation, especially in case of bad weather or to prevent intrusions.
Heating – appliances
- Turn off the air conditioning/heating and the lights when leaving the apartment. Do not leave electrical appliances on unattended.
No parties allowed
- It is strictly forbidden to organize parties or events inside the accommodation or in the common areas.
CLEANING AND WASTE
Take good care of the accommodation
- Guests are requested to treat the accommodation and its amenities with care. Any damage or breakage must be immediately reported to the host.
Dishes and trash
- Before checking out, guests are kindly requested to wash the used dishes and to deposit the trash in the designated outdoor containers located on the main street.
PETS, PARKING, AND COMMON AREAS
Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
Parking
- Only use the parking spaces in the parking area and do not obstruct the access or transit of other vehicles in any way.
Use of balconies
- Do not hang anything on the railings (e.g., towels or clothes) and do not shake rugs or tablecloths outside.
